TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. This promotion is open to all PetroBonus members who are residing in India and who are above the age of 18 years except employees of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd., their family and relatives, Bharat Petroleum dealers and agencies affiliated to BPCL. This offer is valid in select PetroBonus outlets within the territorial jurisdiction of India.
  2. This promotion ends on 31st March 2010.
  3. This promotion is valid only for purchase made through Petro Card for fuel or products at In&Out Convenience Stores.
  4. This promotion is being brought to you on a best effort basis by BPCL
  5. Bharat Petroleum will not be responsible for the quality and delivery of the prizes.
  6. All entrants and winners hereby waive any and all rights of claim with regard to the promotion against Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd.
  7. Pictures you upload must be your own.
  8. One person can upload only one picture (Maximum size for picture upload 1 MB).
  9. In return for entering the contest you instead grant BPCL a worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable license for two years to reproduce, publish, adapt, communicate and broadcast all or part of your entry in any media for the purpose of this contest.
  10. Once submitted, your entry will not be returned to you.
  11. All images and colours of the prizes are indicative and not actual.
  12. A total of 4 prizes will be distributed to members across India through this promotion.
  13. To participate in the promotion, members have to make a minimum purchase of Rs. 1000/- between 1st March 2010 and 31st March 2010 through their Petro Card and upload or send their Holi pictures with a caption (not more than 10 words, must link Holi and Petro Card) to qualify for this contest.
  14. For the selection of winners, the decision of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. will be final and binding and the same shall not be contested under any circumstances.
  15. One winner will win a Video Camera and 3 winners will get Digital Cameras.
  16. Winners will be selected on the basis of a picture and caption and will be declared at the end of the promotion period.
  17. AII winners would be directly contacted by Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. at the end of the lucky draw.
  18. Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. hereby reserves its rights to withdraw the prizes at its sole discretion.
  19. Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. shall not bear any responsibility or liability towards the prizes, of any third party products though may be offered.
  20. Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. shall not be responsible or liable for any deficiency or defect of the prizes being awarded by the prize sponsors.
  21. The prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or cannot be combined with any other offer made by Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. under any other promotion carried out by them during the period of this promotion.
  22. Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. hereby reserves the right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of this promotion anytime without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
  23. BPCL reserves the right to extend or terminate the promotion without prior notice. Nothing contained in this promotion shall be construed as an obligation by BPCL to continue the scheme after the scheme’s termination date.
  24. Any disputes resulting from this offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Mumbai.
  25. Any and all taxes payable under this promotion shall be unconditionally borne by winners.
  26. BPCL and PetroBonus used in the aforementioned terms and conditions apply to Bharat Petroleum as an organization.
